There is another lens that belongs to the old Canon ... 28-80mm, I"m sure you have one - good for portraits. Lots of experimenting to do!
We are going into Orms this morning to get a protective lens and a lens hood.

I also need a protective lens and my lens cap broke the other day.....am so worried my lens scratches now...
